Exchange Policy for livenstyle.com

At livenstyle.com, we take pride in offering high-quality home décor and furniture. Since each piece is curated and often customized, we do not accept product returns or refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness.

 

1. Exchange Window

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance (“Final Sale”) items cannot be exchanged unless delivered damaged or defective.

 

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days at support@livenstyle.com or via WhatsApp/phone.

  2. Share your order number, along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm approval.

  4. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost (for eligible exchanges).

  5. Once the item passes quality inspection at our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement.

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • We will arrange for a free exchange or replacement, subject to verification.

  • Products reported after 48 hours may not qualify.

 

5. Exchange Options

Upon successful inspection of your returned product, you may:

  • Exchange for the same item (in case of damage/defect).

  • Choose another product of equal or higher value (if different product is preferred).

    • If higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

    • If lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit (valid for 6 months).

 

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.

  • Clearance, discounted, or “Final Sale” items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or self-assembly errors.

 

7. Logistics & Packaging Requirements

  • Customers must ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging for safe transit.

  • Bulky or fragile furniture items may require specialized logistics handling, which we will coordinate.

 

8. Store Credit (If Exchange Not Possible)

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase value.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed on any product at livenstyle.com.

 

9. Policy Abuse

Repeated, unreasonable exchange requests or misuse of this policy may result in:

  • Refusal of future exchange requests.

  • Suspension of account privileges.

 

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Exchange Policy from time to time to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
